How it works:

• Fill in the quote form with a list of your excess IT equipment. We will respond with an appraisal with 1 business day.
• If you agree with the price, we then work out the packing and shipping details. We can handle freight shipments or generate a shipping label for you for smaller parcels.
• We generate a Purchase Order, and the equipment is either shipped by you or in some cases we pick it up.
• When the equipment arrives at our warehouse, it is unpacked, inspected and tested. We fully inspect and “cleanse” the equipment so that all existing data is destroyed. We also reset the equipment back to its factory defaults so it can not be traced back to its origin.
• Payment: In most cases you will receive payment between 1 and 5 business days after equipment arrival at our warehouse.
